Jessica Alba files for divorce from husband Cash Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage
Jessica Alba filed for divorce from her husband, Cash Warren, on Friday after nearly 17 years of marriage, Page Six can confirm.
The actress submitted her petition via her high-powered celebrity attorney, Laura Wasser, and the businessman filed his response immediately thereafter through his lawyer, Adam Philip Lipsic.
Alba, 43, and Warren, 46, both listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024, and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause.
They requested joint physical and legal custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7.
The pair did not sign a prenuptial agreement despite Alba’s Honest Company being valued at $623 million and Warren’s sock and underwear brand, Pair of Thieves, being worth at least $100 million, TMZ reported.
