Kristin Cavallari calls co-parenting the ‘ultimate test’ after scathing comments about ‘liar’ Jay Cutler

Kristin Cavallari is getting candid about co-parenting.

The “Hills” alum referred to Interview magazine profile published Wednesday.

While Cavallari, 38, did not dish on her ex-husband elsewhere in the conversation, she gave a rare — and scathing — glimpse at their co-parenting dynamic in December 2024.

The reality star Bunnie XO’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast at the time, calling the retired NFL player a “pathological liar” with “zero f–king consistency.”

Cavallari admitted they’d had a “bumpy road,” explaining, “[It’s] really hard. It has not been easy, to say the least.”

She noted, “We sat together at a basketball game earlier in the year, and I was like, ‘Holy f–k, this is the best thing that’s ever happened. Jesus Christ, we made it. We can sit next to each other.’ And we haven’t sat together since, so I don’t f–king know. What the f–k?”

The “Laguna Beach” alum clarified that she and Cutler most likely will not spend holidays together as a “family unit” with son Camden, 12, son Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, 9, in the future.

She told listeners that the thought “bums [her] out sometimes.”

Cavallari added, “Coming from divorced parents, the last thing I ever wanted was a divorce. I won’t lie to you. That still will creep up once in a while. … It just sucks that we’re not together as a family.”

While the “Very Cavallari” alum did not identify the mystery man in the December 2024 podcast episode, she teased, “I’m a f–king WAG through and through.”

As for Cutler, the former athlete Samantha Robertson in 2023.

News broke of the couple’s engagement the following year.
