How Megan Fox and MGK are co-parenting newborn after calling off engagement

Megan Fox and MGK have “every intention of peacefully co-parenting their baby girl together,” a source exclusively tells Page Six.

The “Transformers” star and the rapper welcomed their first child together on Thursday and an insider says although they’re “not living together,” Fox “is letting” MGK “stay with her so he can spend as much time with the baby as possible.”

The exes “don’t have a set co-parenting schedule in place at the moment. They just want to celebrate this time and enjoy their baby girl for now.”

MGK — whose real name is Colson Baker — “was there in the delivery room when their daughter was born,” the source tells us.

Fox’s sister, Kristi, also rushed by the actress’s side once the little one was born.

Reps for Fox and MGK did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The “Bloody Valentine” rocker (who formerly went by the stage name Machine Gun Kelly) took to his Instagram Story Monday to set the record straight on their newborn’s moniker after some fans were confused by his initial announcement post.

“Wait guys…her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’ 🤣,” MGK, 34, wrote atop a screenshot of a TikTok user referring to the little one by that name. “Her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready.”

The “Emo Girl” singer excitedly a sweet black-and-white video of him holding the newborn’s hand. 

“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️,” he captioned it, confirming the little one’s birth date as “3/27/25.”

Some fans took the caption to mean that MGK and Fox, 38, had named the child “Celestial Seed.” 

The newborn is the actress’s fourth child. She ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

MGK, for his part, is the father of daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.

News broke in November 2024 that the Grammy nominee and Fox were call it quits later that month.
