Hilaria Baldwin reveals which plastic surgery procedure she had done after 7 kids

Hilaria Baldwin revealed she had a breast lift following the birth of her and husband Alec Baldwin’s seventh child.

The yoga instructor, 41, opened up about her decision to go under the knife in Sunday’s episode of “The Baldwins.”

“Since I was breastfeeding for so long, it was one of these things I decided to do, like, a little up,” she explained.

“I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for over a decade,” she continued. “I think this is the first time that I’ve not been pregnant and/or breastfeeding since I’ve started having kids.”

The “30 Rock” star, 67, also shares 29-year-old daughter Ireland Baldwin with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.

As Alec and Hilaria continued to expand their brood, the disconnected from her body.

“It almost felt like my body wasn’t my body anymore because I was so used to my body being a certain way,” she said on the family’s TLC reality show.

Hilaria shared that she decided to get a breast lift “just to make [herself] feel OK, and that’s OK.”

While she knew the procedure would boost her confidence, she worried about the impact it could have on her eldest daughter.

“Anytime I do something in the realm of vanity, I don’t want them to feel that they have to be a certain way,” she explained. “And I want to try to protect Carmen because I’ve experienced a lot of self-doubt and listened to the criticism more than I should have.”

Alec and Hilaria debuted in February.

While the network has yet to announce whether the series will be renewed for a second season, the “Saturday Night Live” alum will have to talk it over with his family.

Last month, Alec jokingly revealed that his kids “want more money” before agreeing to let cameras back into their New York City home.

He said his brood was “already renegotiating their contract.”

“They want more money — they want a lot more money — so we’ll see what happens,” he sarcastically added at the grand reopening of Planet Hollywood in Times Square.
