‘The Hills’ alum Lo Bosworth announces she’s pregnant — and married — after fertility struggles

Lo Bosworth has a husband — and a baby on the way!

The “Hills” alum simultaneously revealed her pregnancy and her wedding to husband Domenic “Dom” Natale in an interview with People, published Monday. The nuptials were photographed by Amy and Stuart Photography.

The former reality star, 38, announced that she is four months along after previous fertility struggles.

The bride noted that she did not know whether her in vitro fertilization would be successful when she and Natale set their July 20 wedding date.

“I bought a dress (or two) early on in the hopes one would still work if we got lucky,” Bosworth explained to the outlet.

However, she said “nothing fit” in the three weeks before the couple’s Laguna, Calif., nuptials due to her “gain[ing] weight from the transfer medications and … starting to show.”

Bosworth had a “classic look that accentuated [her] bump” made “from scratch,” with the ensemble arriving at her home the night before she left for California.

While the couple initially wanted a “big New York City wedding … before starting [their] fertility journey,” a ceremony at her family’s home felt “full circle.”

“Once our family plans got underway … we changed course to something we knew would be perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant: an intimate wedding with our closest family members enjoyed at home,” Bosworth gushed.

She and the investor tied the knot in front of 28 loved ones.

Bosworth shared wedding photos via Instagram Monday, writing, “We said yes with joy. And life, with its most tender timing, said yes right back. 🤍💍🍼.”

On her Story, she added, “We could not be more thrilled our baby got to be a part of our big day and helped to define our wedding celebration.”

The couple got engaged in January.

“For you, my darling, it could only be a ‘yes,'” Bosworth captioned her Instagram reveal at the time. “Thank you for being the best that one could be, for me.”

She has since opened up on Substack about battling fertility issues, from undergoing three “hard” egg retrievals to having surgery after an endometriosis diagnosis.
