Prince Harry, Meghan Markle makes surprise appearance at benefit concert after ‘emotional’ meeting with King Charles

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, made a surprise appearance at a benefit concert after his “emotional” meeting with King Charles III.

On Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the One805LIVE! concert, which supports Santa Barbara County’s first responders, at Kevin Costner’s oceanside estate in Summerland, Calif.

Markle quickly joined Harry onstage at the show — which featured performances by Trisha Yearwood, Good Charlotte, The Fray and many more.

She then hugged her husband and watched from the side of the stage as the “Spare” author presented an award to a first responder who assisted his colleagues with their mental health issues.

The “Suits” alum, 44, stunned in a navy blue halter dress and tan heels, while Harry, 41, rocked a dark blazer, shirt and pants.

Several other celebrity guests were in attendance, including Rob Lowe, Oprah Winfrey and Maria Shriver.

The benefit concert marked Harry and Markle’s first public appearance since he met with his estranged father, Charles, in the UK.

On Sept. 10, Page Six learned that the Invictus Games founder was spotted arriving at the King’s London home, Clarence House, for “a private tea.”

We’re told Charles and Harry chatted for just shy of an hour.

Us Weekly reported that the estranged duo met after Harry “wrote a handwritten letter … earlier this year expressing his desire to reconnect.”

“They were not sure it was going to happen until just in the last week,” the outlet claimed last Sunday, calling the meeting “super positive and very relaxed.”

“They were catching up personally about the children and what has been going on with Charles and his health.”

The source told Us Weekly that there were reportedly “hugs and tears” and the “mood was genuine and positive.”

“They shared a long hug when they first saw each other. Harry started crying and it was very emotional for both of them. They really missed each other,” the insider claimed.

Before their reunion, Harry and his dad had not met up in person diagnosed with cancer.
