- 2. change the percentage of newcomers that get a mentor from 50% to 75% on February 3rd.
- 3. check with the community on how the increase goes
- 4. change the percentage of newcomers that get a mentor from 75% to 100% on February 17.

An interesting fact: we have 5 more mentors actively welcoming newcomers and 2 new mentors claiming since we offer the change the threshold!
