750 gm chicken, 2 medium onions, 3 cloves of garlic,1 medium tomato,1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon chicken masala powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic and chili paste, salt and pepper, coriander leaves.

Cook onions until brown, then add garlic, ginger, chicken masala powder, cumin, turmeric, and pepper minutes, until fragrant

Add in chicken and all the spices. Bring the curry to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and let cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. You can put in a pressure cooker to reduce cooking time.
