Messages conversations
Messages conversations appear on the left side of the Messages window. Depending on the size of the sidebar, you may only see the monogram or photo of the person or group the conversation represents. When you expand the sidebar, you can also see an individual name, group name, email address or phone number.
When you select a conversation on the left, a transcript appears on the right.
