The NEW College Experience
Because we know college is what YOU make of it, we want you to make the best of it!

A new look at how to get the most out of your time at UVM
The WE: Wellness Environment breaks wellness down into four tiers; fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and mentorship. Students will be given the resources and incentives they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Along with a new environment, the University of Vermont is also offering a new class that emphasizes mental and physical wellness. Courses will be taught by graduate students, post doctoral students and doctors from the Vermont Center for Children Youth and Families.
