I accept that those are the facts. Still, I’ve seen no evidence that the venue or more favourable jury actually had an effect on the ruling. Thus, no evidence that the funding affected the ruling.
Regardless, my original point still stands:
No-one shut down Gawker but Gawker
I.E. the funding was not a violation of free-speech.

Do you have any evidence to support the claim that Gawker’s guild was found due to lawyers credentials and not the fact that Gawker hosted a sex tape online.

After all, a computer doesn’t really "hear" accents — there are just sounds it recognizes and those it doesn’t. It just needs the data.
While speech recognition systems are trained to output the spoken words, a very similar voice recognition system can be trained to output accent classifications.

Not even iOS 10 supports more than one instance of the same app running at the same time.
Though, you can open two documents side by side if an app handles it itself like the new Safari.

Being BSD-based, iOS effectively is a version of UNIX.

The OS and the GUI application are two completely different things. What you’re calling for is a rebuilt GUI, not a rebuilt OS.To make the x86-based macOS touch-friendly, the Cocoa library would have to be updated to support the functionality of the Cocoa Touch library. To make the RISC-based iOS cursor-friendly, Cocoa Touch would have to be updated to match Cocoa. This would be far less complicated.
Or, if you want to fully "tabletise" macOS for a tablet with an ARM processor, you’d have to recompile everything to RISC and massively update Cocoa.
