Cyanogen is technically still a startup. It appears that they had been exaggerating the numbers behind their user base. Probably struggling to secure more investment which has lead to layoffs and a bunch of other internal problems resulting in slower updates.

Seems like this might be the event where they show off their slack competitor. Will probably be bundled with Office 365 for enterprise.

Hopefully the next iteration will have something similar to force touch and Apple’s taptic engine. That should help make the typing experience more responsive.

I suspect that the next iteration of bluetooth (maybe 5.0) will be tailored to make the pairing and connectivity more seamless.

^I am aware of this setting and I have already turned it off. With that being said, I wish it worked just like the android app whereby you can have all your whatsapp media in a separate folder.

One way they could redeem themselves would be to make the next galaxy phone "fireproof", which seems like a logical progression from the waterproofing of the current phones.
Just imagine Samsung unveiling the next galaxy phone on stage by engulfing it in flames and showing that it still works. People will lose their sh!t.

Fedeli also had some strong words about Tesla, "the execution and quality of the products of Tesla are the same as a German OEM in the 1970s. Their solutions are not the best."
Gotta love how all the other automotive companies talk smack about Tesla but have nothing comparable to show for.
