As a parent, I would feel nervous if a large dog was roaming off leash around my young children.
Also, in fairness to me, I did say "I do put my dog on a leash when we go to crowded areas", so that does include around young children. I also often avoid entering the lift with families with young children, as it seems they may be a little sensitive towards having a dog in the confined space with them.
My absolute greatest fear though is someone not having their dog on a leash, and the dog running up to my dog. my dog is 60-70 pounds so I would probably have to get down on the ground to hold him or something.
Yeah, I didn’t consider it like that. One time when my dog was still a puppy (on a leash at the time) he tried to approach a big dog around 60-70 pounds, and the owner of the dog just frantically veered him/her away from my dog. I didn’t understand particularly why the owner reacted that way, but it was probably the same reason that you have for fearing dogs running up to your dog.
Maybe a little kid on a scooter with a funny horn.
Funny story: this did happen to my dog, so I do know how he did react. Basically the same way he reacts to anything strange or unknown, he tried to hide behind me
I’m sorry to hear about your close calls. I guess I’m lucky to have not encountered anything like that yet, and so I’ve come to expect that owners that do have their dogs off leash do so because they know that their dogs are not aggressive. That being said, it’s entirely likely that other owners do not feel the same, so I now understand a bit better about how they might feel if my dog approached them out of the blue.
For that price, I don’t think waterproofing was particularly high up on Lenovo’s list.
Anyone else now also realizing Mackenzie Davis would probably be the perfect replicant?
I believe "golden black" is just another way of saying that the phone has a black glass front and a gold coloured aluminium back.
Since you seem to be looking for a 2-in-1 device with Chrome OS and Android apps (a worthy iPad competitor!), I’m wondering whether you would have been happy with the Pixel C if it had come with Chrome OS instead of Android.
I personally would much prefer the Pixel C’s keyboard accessory to the Yoga Book’s keyboard "pad", but then the Yoga Book allows for a trackpad, so it’s a bit of a tossup.
Don’t normally stop by here because I’m not a photographer (in any sense of the word), but I took this on a friend’s iPhone 6s+ and I was really quite impressed with the image.
It looks very authentic and is of course breathtakingly beautiful. I almost wish it were a panorama so I could see more of it.
Or iStat Menus would do the trick too.
