My Pixel XL recently started having trouble connecting to my network and data. It’s like it doesn’t search for networks until I restart the phone. Likewise, when I switch from wifi to mobile data — nothing. Have to reboot to connect. Toggling the data on/off without rebooting does nothing. Pretty frustrating.
It wasn’t an issue for the first few months I had the phone or with any other phone I’ve used in the area.
Anyone else have a similar experience? I’m dreading taking the time to troubleshoot it with Verizon.
There’s a press event scheduled for June 11. Three days before E3. So I guess — technically — that’s "sooner"?
I switched from Evernote to Keep a few months ago and have no regrets. The ability to quickly import your notes to expand them in Google Docs is really convenient.
As someone who played the heck out of Donkey Kong 64 as a kid, I’m pretty pumped for this.
Although I’d be happier with an actual DK64 sequel.
10 Batman Lane?
Seconded. I still haven’t seen ANY UHD cut of The Force Awakens, though, so I wouldn’t hold my breath. Seems like Disney is holding out to make us buy it again down the road. Lord of the Rings–style.
I own an Xbox One and a high-end PC, but I picked up a PS4 Pro this morning before work. Can’t wait to get home and dive in. There are just too many exclusives I don’t want to miss. Old and new.
Horizon Zero Dawn
Nioh
Gravity Rush 2
The Last Guardian
The Last of Us
Bloodborne
And, of course, Final Fantasy XV, which isn’t exclusive, but I’d still rather play it on the Pro where I can (somewhat) take advantage of my 4K TV. Provided they fix the performance issues. Otherwise I may hold off to play it on Scorpio or (fingers crossed!) PC.
I would of course prefer to play ALL my games on my PC. But that’s not the way the world works, unfortunately.
I’ve stayed on Xbox for two reasons: Halo and Gears of War. Now that GoW’s on PC, and future Microsoft-published titles are supposedly going to be Play Anywhere (read: also on PC, including Halo 6), I may as well jump ship.
Why would "the presence of a stylus and the book branding … indicate this particular Windows 10 device is more of a regular tablet"?
Surface Book, anyone?
If it’s a Surface Book competitor with an AMOLED display, I’ll certainly be intrigued.
As an Xbox and PC gamer, the increasing number of great PS4 exclusives is frustrating. Tempted to pick up a PS4 Pro.
From what I’m reading, there’s no performance increase. So … not sure if it’s worth the $100 and shipping hassles.
I have the same card. Wonder if the upgrade is worth it. I suppose not having my apartment burn down is a nice perk.
Luckily, I kept all my boxes from my PC build last summer. So I’ll still have documents and stuff if I need them.
