Is there a minimum contract term for my dedicated server?

We have the option to offer contracts if you want one, however by default, HD have no minimum term contracts.
If you’re unhappy with our service, you can leave anytime by giving us 30 days notice.
How long does the setup process take?

All servers are set-up within 24-48 hours.

What level of support will HD provide for my server?

HD provides full support for the hardware and pipe, power and ping.
If you need assistance with the software configuration on your server, we have server management plans available.
What are the advantages of housing my server in HD’s private Datacentre?

Many other dedicated server providers sub-let rack space within shared Datacentre facilities. At HD we house all our servers within our own privately owned, state of the art Datacentre. This means if there are any issues with your server, our on-site (sitting upstairs!) level 3 engineers can address them immediately. The result is more uptime and greater peace of mind for our customers.
