Hi,

Could you please add some documentation on how to access the Slot using the Host name and what is the naming convention for that? I thought that the host name would be like "original-web-app-name"+"slot-name" but this doesn't seem to hold under certain edge cases where the "original-web-app-name" section gets trimmed.
