    Docker to start enforcing rate limits on free and anonymous repository access: 200 container pulls per 6 hours for free, 100 for anonymous. However they are pausing image retention policy changes until 2021 (and a new consumption-based pricing model).

    I will never understand American lawyers. I have just been over-night FedExed a single sheet of paper that says that because a company I write for has been sold, my contract is now with its new owners. How much did that cost? And why couldn't have been an email?

    Most people just sen you the details from a checque; sort code, account number, and name. In many cases this will fail account verification without anyone understanding just why. After ll, they sent you what they think is the name on the account...

    Here's something annoying: the UK has introduced account verification for new bank account transfers. This is good; it reduces the risk of fraud. However, the identifier is the name on the account. This is not what's on your cheque book; it is the name the account was opened in.
