What is Shop with Points at Amazon.com?
Shop with Points offers customers the ability to use points or rewards from participating rewards programs for purchases at Amazon.com.
How do I use Shop with Points on my order?
If using credit card points, start by selecting the credit card associated with your rewards program at checkout. Once selected, you'll see the card's rewards points program. Use the toggle button to select your rewards points and confirm the value of points you want to use. If using a non-credit card loyalty program, simply select the loyalty program as your payment method at checkout.
Can I automatically use points for my orders?
Yes, you can choose to automatically apply any available rewards points by selecting to automatically use rewards points whenever the rewards-backed credit card is also selected. To update your Shop with Points default settings, navigate to Your enrolled programs above and toggle "On" or "Off" next to "Automatically use points at checkout when available". You can also update your credit card default settings in your wallet.

How do I enroll my card into Shop with Points?
You can manually enroll your card into Shop with Points at any time. Select your rewards program in "All Shop with Points programs" listed above to go to your program's detail page. Once on your program's detail page, click "Link your rewards account" and follow the steps.

There are several reasons you may be getting an error message, including that your card is not from an eligible Shop with Points program, or there is an issue with your card. Please call your bank for more information about your card's status and rewards program details.
My card was lost, stolen, or expired and I've added my new card to Amazon. How do I see my points?
If you've added your new card to Amazon, please manually enroll your card's rewards program via your card's Shop with Points program detail page.

To view available rewards points, make sure you have first selected the card associated with your rewards program. Once selected, you should see your rewards program and available balance below. If you have selected your card, but still don't see your rewards program, it's possible your card is not enrolled in Shop with Points. You can manually enroll you card by going to your rewards program detail page and clicking "Link your rewards account". If you see your rewards program, but don't see any available balance it's possible we are having trouble retrieving balance information from your bank or there is an issue with your card. You may try refreshing the page.
