The Suns announced Tuesday that Jalen Green (hamstring) will be evaluated in 4-6 weeks.

After a successful Suns debut in Thursday’s win over the Clippers, Green aggravated his strained right hamstring in the rematch two nights later. His absence opens up a spot in the starting lineup for Royce O’Neale, a solid deep-league option for managers needing three-pointers and steals. Tuesday’s injury update also makes Grayson Allen a more valuable fantasy option, even if he was already a starter. Allen scored a career-high 42 points and made a franchise-record 10 three-pointers in Monday’s win over New Orleans.

Royce O’Neale finished Monday’s win over the Pelicans with 14 points (5-of-9 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and four three-pointers.

With Jalen Green (hamstring) back on the sideline, O’Neale made his seventh start of the season on Monday. The veteran wing had a good night, shooting 4-of-8 from beyond the arc and joining three other Suns starters in double figures. Due to the ability to provide three-pointers and steals, O’Neale is worth streaming until Green returns. And it may be a while before that happens, with Green set to undergo more testing this week.

Devin Booker accumulated 19 points (8-of-13 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), three assists and one steal in Monday’s win over the Pelicans.

Fantasy managers may have looked at Monday’s matchup and hoped for a massive night from Booker, but the Suns didn’t have to ask too much of their star. The 27 minutes are the fewest Booker has played in a game this season. He shot over 50 percent from the field, but the overall stat line was meager compared to what Booker usually provides. Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks may prove to be a bigger challenge for the Suns, possibly leading to more production from Booker.

Grayson Allen tallied 42 points (12-of-17 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs), two rebounds, four assists, three steals and 10 three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Pelicans.

Much to the chagrin of the Pelicans, Allen put on a shooting clinic in Monday’s 121-98 victory. He shot 10-of-15 from beyond the arc, breaking the Suns franchise record for three-pointers in a game. Also, the 42 points were a career-high for Allen, who had just one 20-point game to his credit this season before Monday’s explosion. With Jalen Green (hamstring) out, Allen’s importance to the Suns has increased. And despite providing third-round value in nine-cat formats, he’s rostered in just 38 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

The Suns are without Jalen Green, who aggravated his right hamstring injury during Saturday’s win over the Clippers. The veteran wing is worth rostering until Green returns, and it’s unknown how long he will be sidelined. Phoenix’s other four starters are unchanged.

Booker fell just short of his first triple-double in the regular season during his 11-year career as Phoenix notched their fourth win over their last five games. The 29-year-old offensive catalyst was unable to pick up an assist over the final seven-plus minutes of this one. His only career triple-double came in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals back in 2021. He’s averaging 30 points, four rebounds, seven assists and one steal through nine games.

Dillon Brooks notched 16 points (4-of-6 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), two rebounds, two assists and two steals in Saturday’s win over the Clippers.

Brooks looked sharp in his return to Phoenix’s lineup following a two-week absence where he missed six games while recovering from a groin injury. He kicked off the contest by jawing with Clippers star James Harden and backed up the talk by draining two of three from downtown and getting to the charity stripe with regularity. He’s averaging nearly 19 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals in four games to kick off his Phoenix debut.

Jalen Green was removed from Saturday’s game against the Clippers with an apparent right hamstring injury.

Green needed help leaving the court in the final minute of the first quarter after appearing to reaggravate a lingering right hamstring issue that kept him out of Phoenix’s first eight games. The 23-year-old was acquired from the Rockets in the Kevin Durant megatrade over the summer and scored 29 points on Thursday in his impressive Suns debut. Ryan Dunn and Grayson Allen will take on additional minutes if he’s forced to miss any additional time.
