George Kittle clearly is Claire Kittle's favorite 49ers player.
But there might be a close second.
George, speaking to NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco this week, revealed San Francisco veteran kicker Eddy Piñeiro is his wife's "favorite player" because of his consistency and positive attitude.
"Yup. That's it," Kittle told Maiocco. "I think she met him for the first time this last week. I think she just likes that he makes kicks."
Fair enough.
After waiving struggling kicker Jake Moody, the 49ers signed Piñeiro before Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season. Since then, the 30-year-old has sunk all 19 of his field-goal attempts with the 49ers, including six from beyond 50 yards.
It seems if you do your job --- and you do it well -- you'll have a fan in Claire Kittle.
