Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo Fight for the Future of Oz in New ‘Wicked: For Good’ Trailer
Wicked: For Good, which is set to arrive in theaters Nov. 21.
The massive three-minute clip offers a comprehensive overview of what fans can expect in the highly anticipated Wicked Witch of the West.
When the two frenemies meet early on in the clip, Glinda asserts, “I’m a public figure now, people expect me to—”
“Fly?” Elphaba interrupts.
“Be encouraging.”
Later in the trailer, the pair looks to find some common ground and contend with the chaos that engulfs Oz following the sudden arrival of Dorothy Gale from the far-off land of Kansas. There is, of course, plenty of music in the trailer, too, with the clip featuring snippets of Act Two showstoppers like “No Good Deed” and “For Good.”
