LOVE Island Australia star Gabby McCarthy has been accused of lying about having a secret boob job.
The busty reality star has the “biggest” boobs in the show’s history and hasn’t been shy showing them off in revealing outfits.
But fans of the programme have spotted old photos of the 21-year-old modelling trainers and lingerie and are now doubting her chest is as natural as she claims.
One person wrote on Reddit: “I thought they were natural until I saw pictures of her a few years ago being a b-c cup at best.
“Unpopular opinion, but I believe she has teardrop implants. Natural boobs jiggle and move a lot when you’re walking and running but hers are way more ‘stiff’. Her surgeon did an amazing job making them look natural though.”
Another wrote: “I admit I was searching for the truth on her boobs, only cuz she claimed they were natural. Sparked a bit of debate amongst friends.
“Hard one to call. They look fake to me and don’t believe weight gain caused them to grow.”
A third said: “For those saying she’s natural, or why people are pointing out she’s not is bc she keeps saying she’s natural. You can see her face is completely different in older photos (not this one) and she has a classic botched boob job uniboob here. It’s almost one.”
Gabby was full of confidence walking into the villa last week and almost immediately drew attention to her standout assets.
“My name is Gabby, I’m 21 years old and I’m from the Gold Coast,” she said, strutting her stuff on-screen in a semi-sheer black and grey dress with the chest cut out.

Upon meeting Gabby in the villa, the other girls seemed incredibly curious about her chest size.
Two of the ladies said, “Can I ask what size boobs are you?,” before Gabby responded with, “Um like G, for Gabby.”
But fans weren’t expecting what happened next.
“Can I feel?,” one of the ladies followed up, before squeezing one of Gabby’s boobs in her hand after Gabby consented, saying, “Wait they’re natural, they’re squishy.”
Viewers of the programme found the moment to be a bit much even for Love Island.
“Hated this,” said one user on Instagram.
Others shared: “Shocking group of young people” and “don’t worry, the boys are looking at her personality.”
Gabby frequently posts saucy snaps flaunting her figure to her over 100k Instagram follwers.
Whether it’s in swimsuits, bikinis, crop tops or busty dresses, she’s far from shy under the lense.
Gabby has been at the heart of drama this series recoupling with Jotham Russell, which left fuming Lacey Butlin single.
