Tandoori Garlic Butter Chicken Sliders

Serves: 6
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients
*4 chicken breasts, each cut into 3 strips
*4tbsp fat-free yoghurt
*Juice 1 lemon
*1tbsp good-quality red food colouring
*1tbsp tomato purée 
*1tsp chopped garlic 
*1tsp tandoori curry powder 
*1tsp ground cumin
*1tsp paprika 
*1tsp garam masala

To assemble: 
*6 brioche buns, cut in half and toasted
*6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella
*1tbsp garlic butter, melted 
*1 red onion, finely diced

Method

1. Combine the chicken strips in a bowl with the yoghurt, lemon juice, food colouring, tomato purée and all the flavourings and spices. Transfer to the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 12 minutes.
2. Once cooked, pile the chicken into the toasted brioche buns and add one slice of mozzarella to each, followed by the onion. Then put on the lids and brush with the melted garlic butter. 
3. Air-fry at 180°C for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Tuck in and enjoy!

Peri Peri Chicken Burger

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients
*4 chicken breasts
*4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
*2 tomatoes, sliced
*Handful lettuce, chopped

For the peri peri marinade:
*2tbsp olive oil
*2tsp chilli flakes
*2tsp smoked paprika
*2tsp dried oregano
*1tsp onion powder
*1tsp garlic powder
*Juice 1 lemon
*Juice 1/2 lime

For the perinaise:
*2tbsp light mayo
*1 clove garlic, grated
*2tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt

Method
1. Put all the ingredients for the peri peri marinade in a small bowl and mix until well-combined. Remove 3tbsp of the marinade and set aside for your perinaise, then pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken so it is nice and coated. Add the chicken to the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 18-20 minutes.
2. While that is cooking, prepare your perinaise by mixing together the reserved 3tbsp of peri peri marinade with the mayo, garlic and Greek yoghurt.
3. Toast your ciabatta halves, then assemble the burgers by adding the chicken, tomatoes and lettuce to each roll, then drizzling over the perinaise. Get stuck in!

Loaded Hoisin Hot Dogs

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients
*4 reduced-fat pork sausages
*2tbsp hoisin sauce
*1tsp sriracha
*1tbsp light mayo
*4 brioche hot-dog buns
*1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons
*Handful crispy onions
*Red cabbage, sliced (optional)
*Spring onion, sliced (optional)

Method
1. Brush your sausages with the hoisin sauce and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the sriracha and mayo. Open up the hot-dog buns and fill with the cooked sausages, some cucumber and a drizzle of that sriracha mayo.
3. Top with crispy onions, red cabbage and spring onions, if using, and serve.
