A SURGERY addict who spent £100,000 turning herself into a human Barbie has shocked the world with pictures of what she used to look like.
Tara Jayne McConachy, 35, is on a mission to completely transform her look and has had five boob Botox and filler.
However, the cosmetic nurse turned influencer has been banned from having any more surgery in Australia, as she weighs just 45kg.
Tara has raised many eyebrows with her extreme look, but she is “proud” of her plastic body.
“Plastic surgery gives me a sense of empowerment”, she told Australia‘s The Morning Show.
“I think in this day and age it’s very important for a woman to be able to express the way they feel and just express everything about beauty.

“Plastic surgery is how I do that and that’s what makes me happy.”
During the interview, Tara added that she visits a doctor every few months to maintain her look, and spends thousands every year on Botox and filler.
Asked how she deals with critics, Tara added: “I use [the bullying] as a driving force to become successful and be the best version I can. It’s just pure irrelevance, to be honest,’ she said.
“The hate is making me more famous.”

Tara has said that there is “no limit” to how far she would go with surgery, and she looks completely unrecognisable now to before she went under the knife.
Her most striking feature is probably her lips, which look worlds away from the natural smile she used to possess.
“My lips are definitely my statement,’ she said.
“I always make sure they’re nice and plump and get regular injections.
“I’ve definitely lost count of how much product is in there! I’m finally happy with how they look so now it’s just all about maintenance.”
Tara funds her surgery addiction in part through OnlyFans, where she charges a £12.50 a month subscription.
She also previously appeared on the TV show Botched!, in an attempt to convince doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to give her bigger boobs.
“Everything is tiny on me except for my tatas… I’m on a quest for a bigger chest!’ she said.
“I currently have 540 CCs [of breast implant silicone], and I’m just not happy with them at all”.
The influencer said she had noticed a “rippling” effect on her skin, and hoped that bigger breasts would fix the issue.
However, the doctors said that because of her weight, she was far to small to carry larger implants.

“I’m really concerned about Tara’s overall wellbeing, Dr Nassif said.
“Not just as it relates to surgery, but she really needs to get both physically and mentally healthy.”
