She is responsible for:guiding the work on the European Pillar of Social Rights to tackle the skills and labour gaps, focusing on training and educationhelping to build Union of equality to create a fairer society and social modelguiding the work on supporting young people and ensuring fairness between generations, through Erasmus+, Youth Policy Dialogues, better support for the mental health of our youth, strengthening our European Sport Model and promoting cultureembedding a new culture of preparedness to help people adapt to change and risks Read more about EU’s policies on Union of Skills.
