    Description

    stats_rand_gen_funiform(float $low, float $high): float

    Returns a random deviate from the uniform distribution from low to high.

    Parameters

    low

    The lower bound (inclusive)

    high

    The upper bound (exclusive)

    Return Values

    A random deviate
