This function has no parameters.
true
if the property is marked public, false
otherwise.
Note: Note this refers only to the main visibility, and not to a set-visibility, if specified.
Note: Be aware that a property being
public
does not always imply is it publicly writeable. A property could be virtual with noset
hook, or it could bereadonly
and already have been written to, or it could have aset
visibility defined that is non-public. In all of those cases, this method will returntrue
but the property will not be writeable.
