Siri is often the easiest way to start using accessibility features with iPod touch. With Siri, you can open apps, turn many settings on or off, or use Siri for what it does best—acting as your intelligent personal assistant.
Siri: Say something like: “Turn on VoiceOver” or “Turn off VoiceOver.” > Accessibility > Siri.
Choose Don’t Speak in Silent Mode, Only Speak with Hey Siri, or Always Speak Responses.
To allow iPod touch to listen for “Hey Siri” when it’s covered or facing down, go to Settings Add Siri Shortcuts on iPod touch
