If you’re a parent/guardian in a Family Sharing group, click the Family Member pop-up menu on the right, then choose a family member.
Click Communication Safety.
Turn Check for Sensitive Photos on or off.
You may need to enter the Screen Time passcode.
Note: When you turn on Check for Sensitive Photos in Communication Safety, the Sensitive Content Warning option is automatically turned on in Privacy & Security settings. You can also turn on Sensitive Content Warning separately. See Track app and device usage in Screen Time on Mac
