Make phone calls on Apple Watch
You can use your Apple Watch to make phone calls.

Start a FaceTime audio call.
To invite additional people to the call, do one of the following:
Tap
on your Apple Watch.
Tap the Keypad button (at the top right), then enter the number.
You can also use the keypad to enter additional digits during a call. Just tap .
Select the phone number or FaceTime address you want to call.
Note: You can make emergency calls over Wi-Fi, but when possible, use your iPhone over a cellular connection instead—your location information is more accurate. You can do this on your Apple Watch by temporarily . You can also end the call from your Apple Watch (for example, if you’re using earphones or a headset).
