Jumpstart your health and fitness journey with the Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 8 - not only can it track the basics such as steps, distance, exercise duration and calorie burn but it can also monitor heart rate, track sleep, menstruation, ovulation and stress levels and measure blood oxygen levels (SpO2).
