Returns an element at specified relative location.

Let parent_ and inner_ be the data members of the iterator. Equivalent to:

return apply([&](const auto&... iters) -> decltype(auto)
             {
                return invoke(*parent_->fun_, iters[n]...);
             },
             inner_.current_);
