With Apple Cash (available in the U.S.), you can send and request person-to-person payments and make purchases using .
To send an amount not in whole dollars—$10.95, for example—tap the dollar amount, tap after the decimal, then turn the Digital Crown to choose a value.
Do one of the following:
Send a payment: Tap Send.
Request a payment: Swipe left on the Send button, then tap Request.
Confirm the payment, then double-click the side button.
When the payment is complete, a confirmation message appears.
Siri: Say something like “Send Claire $25.” If you have more than one Claire among your contacts, you’re asked to choose one.
With Tap to Cash, you can send Apple Cash to someone by holding your iPhone or Apple Watch near their iPhone or Apple Watch, without having to share your phone number or email address.
Note: Tap to Cash is supported on all iPhone models with iOS 18 and all Apple Watch models with watchOS 11.
Go to the Wallet app .
Tap Send, confirm the payment, then double-click the side button.
Hold your Apple Watch near the recipient’s iPhone or Apple Watch.
Continue holding the devices near each other until the payment information appears on the recipient’s screen.
The recipient can choose Accept or Decline.
