PetPremium is an insurance comparison broker that connects pet owners with popular pet insurance providers. Like other broker sites, PetPremium does not underwrite insurance, issue policies, or pay claims.

Pet insurance shoppers can input their pet's age, breed, and relevant health information into the online quote generator and receive multiple estimates in seconds. The generator is simple and easy to use, and only requires your basic contact information on a single input form.

While some insurance brokers offer additional benefits when you use their websites to purchase insurance, PetPremium does not. It's simply a way for pet owners to get multiple quotes at once and directly compare benefits.

One note about PetPremium is that it doesn't let you customize your coverage levels within its user interface. You need to click the link and adjust your price directly with the insurance provider, which is a little clunky for a site designed to streamline pet insurance.

We also found some slight variations between PetPremium's price and the quotes received directly from the company. For example, purchasing ASPCA pet insurance through PetPremium resulted in lower premiums than buying directly from the ASPCA website.
