Connect a mouse to iPad

You can connect Magic Mouse, another Bluetooth® mouse, or a USB mouse to your iPad.

Note: Mouse devices are sold separately. Not all mouse devices are fully compatible with all models of iPad.

Pair Magic Mouse or other Bluetooth mouse

For Magic Mouse, make sure the mouse is turned on and charged.
For any other Bluetooth mouse, follow the instructions that came with the mouse to put it in discovery mode.
On iPad, go to Settings Use a keyboard and mouse or trackpad to control Mac and iPad
