Add or remove a friend in Find My on iPad

In the Find My app, once you share your location with a friend, you can ask to see their location on a map.

Note: Location sharing and finding people aren’t available in all countries or regions.

Ask to see a friend’s location

Go to the Find My app > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Find My.

Remove a friend

When you remove a friend, that person is removed from your People list and you are removed from theirs.

Go to the Find My app on your iPad.
Tap People at the bottom-left side of the screen, then tap the name of the person you want to remove.
Tap Remove [name], then tap Remove.
